Warranty & Refund Policy

Warranty
All VitalFitCo products come with a 30-day functional warranty against manufacturing defects. If your item has a fault, we’ll gladly replace it or offer a refund upon inspection.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in the original packaging

• Be returned with proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email)

Refunds are processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days of receipt and approval.

Email us at info@vitalfitco.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and a photo (if applicable). We’ll provide return instructions and next steps.
